Refund Policy

At Petit Parfums, you have the option to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs and liability are your responsibility. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed your return.

Make sure to register your return within 14 days by sending an email to: info@petitparfums.nl
Include your order number in the email and specify whether you prefer a refund (minus shipping costs) or an exchange (of equal value in euros).

Please note: We cannot process your return if the product has been opened or used.

Was there an error in preparing your order, or is the product defective/damaged?
Let us know by emailing us within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and a photo of the defective product, at info@petitparfums.nl. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

You will receive an email confirmation once we have received and processed your return. Please note that shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
