In principle, only the trademark owner has the right to use a brand. However, PetitParfums engages in repackaging these brands by decanting from the original packaging into a blank PetitParfums container, ensuring that the original condition of the fragrance remains unchanged. The final product offered and delivered will be a blank container with the original fragrance, which has been repackaged and distributed unless stated otherwise. We provide these blank bottles with simple labels without any brand imagery, solely for the purpose of allowing consumers to test a fragrance.
We have no collaboration, affiliation, or any other association with the manufacturers or trademark owners of the fragrances we offer. There is no commercial connection between PetitParfums and the brands offered. Under no circumstances will we ever replicate, duplicate, or copy any brand logo or trademark, nor infringe on the intellectual property rights of these companies. All displayed logos are the property of the respective brand.
PetitParfums will always clearly inform customers that the products covered by this disclaimer are composed using authentic fragrance products manufactured by the original and rightful owner of the proprietary rights.
